Intro to Knitting

Thu, January 29 from 5:30-7:30pm with Misty

Always wanted to knit but didn’t know where to start? This fun, relaxed class is designed just for beginners. You’ll learn the essential skills to get you knitting with confidence — from holding your needles and yarn to creating your first real stitches.

In this hands-on class, we’ll cover:

• How to cast on using a simple, beginner-friendly method

• The knit stitch (the foundation of all knitting)

• How to read your stitches and fix small mistakes

• How to bind off and finish your first project

By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to continue practicing at home and be able start scarves, dishcloths, and more.

All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary — just bring your curiosity and enjoy a cozy, creative time with us. 🧶

Upon completion of this class, participants can register for "Knitting - Next Steps."
